新形势下,急诊临床护理教学机遇与挑战并存。一方面急诊临床护理教学存在诸多问题,一方面急诊临床护理教学面临着改革创新的大好形势。面对急诊急救患者多、病情复杂、突发事件多的情况,针对急诊临床护理教学主要存在的问题、难点进行分析,积极探索有效的优化之道显得极为重要。新形势下急诊临床护理带教如何加强法律意识的培养、加强医护沟通与护患沟通能力培养、加强心理教育与职业道德教育,如何从思想上提高护生的服务意识,如何基于教育心理学在临床教师与实习护生之间架起沟通的桥梁,如何推进教学活动地高效开展,这一系列问题均值得所有一线工作者进行深刻思考。该文主要对该院急诊临床护理教学面临的困境开展研究,并以此为基础分析优化方案。
