新形势下急诊临床护理教学困境解析与对策 被引量:4

摘要 新形势下,急诊临床护理教学机遇与挑战并存。一方面急诊临床护理教学存在诸多问题,一方面急诊临床护理教学面临着改革创新的大好形势。面对急诊急救患者多、病情复杂、突发事件多的情况,针对急诊临床护理教学主要存在的问题、难点进行分析,积极探索有效的优化之道显得极为重要。新形势下急诊临床护理带教如何加强法律意识的培养、加强医护沟通与护患沟通能力培养、加强心理教育与职业道德教育,如何从思想上提高护生的服务意识,如何基于教育心理学在临床教师与实习护生之间架起沟通的桥梁,如何推进教学活动地高效开展,这一系列问题均值得所有一线工作者进行深刻思考。该文主要对该院急诊临床护理教学面临的困境开展研究,并以此为基础分析优化方案。 Under the new situation,the opportunities and challenges of emergency clinical nursing teaching coexist.On the one hand,there are many problems in emergency clinical nursing teaching.On the one hand,emergency clinical nursing teaching faces a great situation of reform and innovation.In the face of emergency emergency patients,complicated conditions,and many emergencies,it is extremely important to analyze the main problems and difficulties in emergency clinical nursing teaching and actively explore effective optimization.Under the new situation,emergency clinical nursing teaches how to strengthen the cultivation of legal awareness,strengthen the communication of health care communication and communication between nurses and patients,strengthen psychological education and professional ethics education,how to improve the service awareness of nursing students from the ideological perspective,and how to based on educational psychology The bridge between clinical teachers and intern nurses,how to promote the efficient development of teaching activities,this series of questions are worthy of deep thinking of all front-line workers.Based on this paper,this paper mainly studies the dilemma faced by emergency nursing teaching in our hospital,and analyzes the optimization scheme based on this.
