宝鸡市患者对分级诊疗制度认知现状及分析

Cognitive Status and Analysis of Cognition of Hierarchical Diagnsis and Treatment System for Patients in Baoji City

目的调查了解宝鸡市分级诊疗政策的实施及患者的认识情况。方法采用自行设计问卷方法,调查2017年6—7月入住3种不同级别医疗机构的60例患者。结果60例患者中对分级诊疗制度熟悉较低为13.33%;患者入住医疗机构级别与对分级诊疗制度的满意度差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.28,P<0.01);双向转诊参与率较低为21.67%,对双向转诊必要性认识较高为68.33%。结论宝鸡市分级诊疗体系有待完善,促使优质医疗资源有序有效下沉。患者的相关认知有待加强。

Objective To investigate the implementation of the classifcation policy and the cognition of the patients in Baoji City.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 60 patients admitted to three different levels of medical institutions from June to July 2017.Results Among the 60 patients,the familiarity with the graded diagnosis and treatment system was 13.33%.The satisfaction of patients admitted to the medical institution level and the satisfaction of the graded diagnosis and treatment system was statistically significant(χ2=13.28,P<0.01).The low two-way referral system was 21.67%,and the awareness of the necessity of two-way referral was 68.33%.Conclusion The grading diagnosis and treatment system of Baoji City needs to be improved,which promotes the orderly and effective sinking of quality medical resources.Relevant cognition of patients needs to be improved.
