摘要
总装车间工艺设备的参数随车型而变,大部分设备依靠人工扫码方式识别生产数据。文章研究生产数据自动推送至工艺设备的解决方案,包括生产数据及工艺关系的梳理以及现有框架瓶颈的研究,从而建立整体框架、硬件体系、数据流转流程、后台管理系统,优化生产数据传递的模式,提高生产效率。
The parameters of the process equipment in the assembly workshop vary with the type of vehicle,and most of the equipment depends on manual code sweeping to identify the production data.This paper studies the solution of automatic push of production data to process equipment,including the carding of production data and process relationship and the research of existing framework bottleneck,so as to establish the overall framework,hardware system,data flow flow,background management system and optimize the mode of production data transmission and improve production efficiency.
