某500kV变电站一起断路器开关跳闸故障分析讨论 被引量:2

摘要 某年月日,500kV某变电站#3主变检修预试工作结束,按照调度令进行恢复送电操作。当发现在合上23-2刀闸时(此时23开关尚在断位),#3主变和500kV#2母线的差动保护动作,跳开#1主变12开关、某线43开关和某I线52开关,进一步造成某个110kV电站全站停电情况,经核实,主要是因为一起不按程序指令操作所造成的。文章对整个事件进行总结分析,对以后的电网运行工作有着非常重要的指导意义。 On the day of a certain year,the pre-test work of the#3 main transformer maintenance of a substation of 500kV was completed,and the power transmission operation was resumed in accordance with the dispatching order.When it is found that when the 23-2 switch is closed(when the 23 switch is still broken),the differential protection action of the #3 main transformer and the 500kV #2 bus jumps off the #1 main transformer 12 switch,a certain line 43 switch and an I line 52 switch.It is verified that the power outage of a 110kV power station is mainly caused by not operating according to the program instructions.This paper summarizes and analyzes the whole event,which has a very important guiding significance for the future power grid operation.
