多功能智能电气检测在阀冷设备中的应用

摘要 文章通过对电网系统中的阀冷设备器件进行多方位的检测,解决之前检测无专项工具,方法不统一,数据不精准,基本靠个人的能力与经验识别为主。检测平台对器件从外观,到工作情况,稳定性能,及采用主动发送检测信号等方法,并采用专业软件分析处理,记录保存详细的检测结果,为当前和今后的检测积累数据,科学地分析器件的情况,保障阀冷设备在投入运行中的高可靠性,高稳定性做贡献。 Through the multi-directional detection of the valve cooling equipment in the power grid system,this paper solves the problem that there is no special tool before detection,the method is not unified,the data is not accurate,and it basically depends on personal ability and experience identification.The detection platform uses the methods of appearance,working condition,stability and active transmission of detection signals,and uses professional software to analyze and process the devices,record and save the detailed detection results,so as to accumulate data for the current and future detection.The situation of the device is analyzed scientifically to ensure the high reliability and high stability of the valve cooling equipment in operation.
