摘要
超声导波检测技术适合检测对称结构中的缺陷,而弯管属于非对称结构,会产生模态转换,从而限制了该技术的应用。通过实验,采用基于磁致伸缩效应的导波对弯管和带焊缝弯头的试样进行检测。结果表明,基于磁致伸缩效应的超声导波可以检测出弯管中的缺陷,为实现弯管的现场检测提供依据。
Ultrasonic guided wave detection technology is suitable for detecting defects in symmetrical structures,but elbows are asymmetric structures,and modal conversion will occur,which limits the application of this technology.In this paper,the artificial defects in elbow were detected by using guided waves based on magnetostrictive effect.The results show that the ultrasonic guided wave based on magnetostrictive effect can detect the defects in the elbow,which provides a basis for on-site detection of elbows.
