摘要 建立一种电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定药用辅料山梨醇中铅和镍含量的方法。试样采用稀硝酸溶解,在线加入元素钪和铋为内标,同时测定溶液中铅和镍的浓度,以外标法定量。结果表明,铅和镍的质量浓度在0~50μg/L的范围内均与离子强度具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,检出限分别为0.004,0.009 mg/kg,重复性试验的相对标准偏差低于5%,加标回收率介于90%~110%之间。该法操作简便,快速,灵敏,准确度高,适用性好。 A method for the determination of lead and nickel in sorbitol for medical supplements by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.The sample was dissolved by nitric acid.Scandium and bismuth element were used as internal standards,the content of lead and nickel were determined by on-line addition of lead and nickel internal standard and quantified by external standard method.The mass concentration of lead and nickel were both linear with ion strength in the range of 0-50μg/L,and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999,the detection limits were 0.004 and 0.009 mg/kg.The relative standard deviations of the results were less than 5%.and the recoveries of the samples were 90%-110%.The method is simple,accurately and sensitive,which is suitable and rapid for the determination of lead and nickel in sorbitol.
