摘要
建立火焰原子吸收分光光度(AAS)法测定铅精矿中高含量银的方法。采用盐酸、硝酸低温加热分解样品,然后用15%盐酸溶液复溶,以火焰原子吸收光度计于波长328.07 nm处测定银的含量。该方法精密度为0.5%(n=11),方法检出限为0.0053 g/t,加标回收率为99.7%~100.2%。该方法流程简单,分析结果准确,可测定中银含量达2000 g/t的铅精矿,能够满足矿山日常大批量样品快速分析的生产需要。
The method for the determination of high content of silver in lead concentrate by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS)was established.The samples were decomposed by low temperature heating with hydrochloric acid and nitric acid.The samples were decomposed by hydrochloric acid and nitric acid at low temperature,and then redissolved by 15%hydrochloric acid solution.The content of silver was determined at 328.07 nm by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The precision of the method was 0.5%(n=11),the detection limit was 0.0053 g/t,and the recovery rate was 99.7%-100.2%.The method is simple and easy to master,and the analysis results are accurate.The method is suitable for determination the silver content which is up to 2000 g/t in lead concentrate.This method can meet the production needs of daily mass sample rapid analysis.
