摘要
针对当前工业网络中使用现场总线技术与以太网技术进行数据通信时遇到的数据冲突以及实时性问题,在对比了当前应用广泛的工业实时以太网技术后,以POWERLINK协议为基础,设计并实现了针对该协议的通信方案。首先,对POWERLINK协议的理论基础进行了介绍。接着,阐述了协议在Linux与Windows两个不同系统下的通信流程,并在基于Windows系统的PC机上实现了POWERLINK多个从站;同时,在基于Linux系统ARM平台的嵌入式设备上实现了POWERLINK主站。最后,搭建了网络实现平台,对协议的通信结果进行了试验测试,并使用了Wireshark工具对通信过程进行了抓包验证;同时,针对其部分通信性能进行测试。试验结果表明了通信的成功性以及通信性能的良好性。该系统为POWERLINK在工业控制领域的进一步应用提供了参考价值。
Aiming at the data conflict and real-time problem in data communication between field bus technology and Ethernet technology in current industrial network,after comparing the industrial real-time Ethernet technology which are widely used at present,on the basis of POWERLINK protocol,a communication scheme for this protocol is designed and implemented.Firstly,the theoretical basis of POWERLINK protocol is introduced,then,the communication process of POWERLINK protocol in two different systems,Linux and Windows,is described.in addition,multiple POWERLINK slave stations on PC based on Windows system are implemented;and POWERLINK master stations on embedded devices based on ARM platform of Linux system is also realized.Finally,the network platform is built,the communication result of the protocol is tested,and packet capture verification is carried out by using Wireshark tool for the communication process.In addition,some of the communication performance is tested,the results demonstrate the success of communication and the goodness of communication performance,which provides reference value for the further application of POWERLINK in the field of industrial control.
