摘要 铁路地面标志传感器采用电涡流原理,动态探测轨道上特殊金属构件的位置。为了满足新一代轨检系统的性能要求,对传感器原理及存在问题进行分析。通过对传感器内部结构及信号处理方法进行研究,研制了基于数字微处理系统的新型地面标志传感器。新型传感器探测线圈采用平衡式结构,补偿了线圈自身的温度漂移;以频率源电路取代谐振电路,提高了输出波形的稳定性;检测数据通过实时现场总线方式传输到轨检系统平台,改善了数据传输的实时性和可靠性。新型传感器经过调试和封装后,在试验室和线路进行了测试,并在路局轨道检查车上进行了应用。该新型传感器稳定性和可靠性高、结构简单、易于实现,满足了新型轨检系统的需求。 Adopting the principle of eddy current,the Automatic Location Sensor detects the position of special metal components on the track.In order to satisfy the performance requirements of new generation track inspection system,the principle and existing problems of the sensor are analyzed and resolved.A new type of railway location sensor based on digital micro-processing system is developed by researching the internal structure of the sensor and the signal processing method.The balanced-type structure on the sensing coil of the sensor is used to compensate temperature drift of the coil itself;and the stability of output wave profile is improved by replacing resonant circuit with frequency source circuit.The detection data transmission is improved with better real-time performance and reliability by means of transmitting the data to the track inspection system via the real-time field bus.The new-type sensors are tested in the lab after debugging and packaging,and are applied in the track inspection vehicle of the railway bureaus.The results show that the new-type sensors are performed with better stability and reliability,simple structure,which satisfy the demands of the new-type track inspection system.
