摘要
以广惠高速南香山互通立交项目为依托,选取石灰岩材质粗集料,以5%、10%、15%、20%、25%五个针片状颗粒含量对AC-20C混合料进行试验。试验结果声明:其最佳油石比分别为4.13%、4.22%、4.26%、4.38、4.55%;伴随着针片状颗粒含量的增加,最佳油石比呈现增大趋势,集料的压碎值、洛杉矶磨耗值、高温稳定性、水稳定性均呈现下降趋势。通过控制石场选材、选择合适破碎设备和工艺,既节约成本又能提高混合料质量。
Based on the Nanxiangshan Interchange Project of Guanghui Expressway,coarse aggregate made of limestone is selected and tested with 5%,10%,15%,20%,25%needle-like particle content for AC-20C mixture.The test results show that the optimal oil-stone ratio is 4.13%,4.22%,4.26%,4.38,4.55%respectively.With the increase of needle-like particle content,the optimum oil-stone ratio shows an increasing trend,and aggregate crushing value,Los Angeles abrasion value,high temperature stability and water stability all show a decreasing trend.By controlling the material selection in the stone yard and selecting suitable crushing equipment and technology,the cost can be saved and the quality of the mixture can be improved.
