摘要
对管径DN100承插式球墨铸铁管件柔性接口施加5种偏心距,进行拉弯耦合试验,研究管道接口轴向拉力与位移,接口弯矩和转角之间的相互关系。试验结果表明:柔性接口变形是轴向位移和弯曲变形的耦合响应,在偏心距较小的情况下,接口被拔出,类似于轴向拉拔,接口位移主要由拉拔力引起,在大偏心距的拉弯作用下致接口破坏,这主要由弯曲变形引起。
Five eccentricities are applied to the flexible joint of DN100 socket ductile iron pipe fittings,and tension-bending coupling tests are carried out to study the relationship between axial tension and displacement of the pipe joint,bending moment and rotation angle of the joint.The test results show that the deformation of the flexible joint is a coupling response of axial displacement and bending deformation.Under the condition of small eccentricity,the joint is pulled out,which is similar to axial pulling.The displacement of the joint is mainly caused by pulling force,and the joint is damaged under the pull-bending action with large eccentricity,which is mainly caused by bending.
