摘要
商品评论区存在很多虚假、伪造或者是垃圾形式的内容,往往诱使用户产生购买意愿,而追加评论是用户了解商品真实性、可靠性的重要信息渠道。通过对追加评论进行特征提取,形成特征摘要,方便用户在购物时减少搜索时间与精力,对追加评论进行情感分析,能够判断出用户对商品的总体情感倾向。分析表明,其在准确率与召回率方面都有约10%的提高。追加评论具有很高的研究价值,能够帮助用户快速了解产品信息,目前很多用户会直接锁定追加评论以作出购买决策。
Many false,forged or junk-style content in the commodity review area can often induce users to purchase,and additional comments are important information channels for users to understand the authenticity and reliability of products.Feature extraction is performed on additional comments to form feature summaries,which is convenient for users to reduce search time and energy during shopping.Emotional analysis of additional comments can determine the overall emotional tendency of users to the products.Analysis shows that it has an improvement of about 10%in terms of accuracy and recall.Additional comments have great research value and can help users quickly understand product information.At present,many users will directly lock additional comments to make purchase choices.
