摘要 稳定运行的物流派送网络是投递业务的重要保障,因此对网络演化过程的研究具有重要意义。基于复杂网络理论,分析物流派送网络的静态与动态结构特性,通过网络演化规则构建物流派送网络演化模型,并通过实例阐述了物流派送网络从无到有、从简到繁的演化过程,建立具有分层结构的物流派送网络模型。研究发现,物流派送网络具有一般快递网络的结构特性,但又不尽相同,物流派送模式从轴辐式网络逐渐变得扁平化。终端派送网络分担了主干网络的派送压力,体现出极大的灵活性,更贴合物流派送实际。作为物流服务金字塔的基座,终端网络对提高派送效率与客户满意度起到了决定性作用。 The stable operation of the logistics delivery network is the guarantee of the delivery business.At present,the research on the network evolution process is of great significance.Based on the complex network theory,the static structural characteristics and dy namic structural characteristics of the logistics delivery network are analyzed.The evolution model of the logistics delivery network is constructed through the network evolution rules.The evolution process of the logistics delivery network from scratch to simple to com plex is illustrated by an example.A logistics delivery network model with a hierarchical structure was established.It is found that the lo gistics delivery network has the structural characteristics of the general express network,but they are not the same.The logistics deliv ery mode gradually becomes flat from the hub-and-spoke network,and the terminal delivery network shares the delivery pressure of the backbone network,showing great flexibility.It is more suitable for actual logistics delivery.As the base of the logistics service pyra mid,the terminal network plays a decisive role in improving delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
