摘要 信息产业在快速发展的同时面临着核心技术匮乏、人才紧缺等危机,高校作为人才培养和储备基地,正在探索如何优化人才培养模式以更好适应社会需求。以构思(C)—设计(D)—实现(I)—动作(O)的工程教育理念为核心规划四年课程体系;根据工程师素质和能力结构要求,按照基础、专业和应用三层架构执行实践教学活动,以达到专业训练和工程训练目的;在设计课程模块时,结合实际产业的专业岗位职责整合专业方向课程体系;开设校企合作课程以提高终端课程综合应用效果;课程实践环节结合项目进行,以提升学生实战水平。该人才培养模式适用于应用型本科信息专业学生培养,旨在为提升应用型人才基本能力、实践能力和创新能力提供参考。 With the rapid development of information industry,there comes facing the crisis of lack of core technology and talents.As a reserve base for talents,colleges and universities are exploring how to optimize the training mode to meet the social needs.This paper plans four-year curriculum system based on the concept of Engineering Education of conception(C)-Design(D)-realization(I)-action(O).According to the requirement of engineer's quality and ability structure,it carries out practical teaching activities according to the three-tier structure of foundation,specialty and application,in order to achieve the purpose of professional training and engineering training.In the course module design,it integrates the professional orientation curriculum system with the professional post group responsibilities of the actual industry.At the same time,school-enterprise cooperative courses are offered to improve the comprehensive application effect of terminal courses,and the actual combat level of students is strengthened by combining the curriculum practice with the project development.This kind of personnel training mode is suitable for application-oriented undergraduate information specialty.It aims to provide reference for improving the basic ability,practical ability and innovation ability of application-oriented talents.
