新式智能监测内窥镜咬嘴的研制与应用

摘要 目的:研制新式智能监测内窥镜咬嘴,以改变现有咬嘴包裹性不强、舒适感较差以及胃镜易咬坏的问题。方法:研制一种智能监测内窥镜咬嘴,采用齿形结构的设计,即U型结构的咬嘴本体,咬嘴本体连接用于限制舌头活动的压舌部,压舌部具有与外界连接的通道,将咬嘴设置为U型结构,使咬嘴覆盖整个牙齿。结果:内窥镜的U型结构咬嘴,经过实验验证,压强测量为0~250 kPa,测量误差<1.2%,通过恒压驱动传感器,可使传感器模块的最低功耗达到14.7μW,降低了传感器模块的温度漂移,提高设计的稳定性和可靠性。咬嘴覆盖整个牙齿,舒适度高,且胃镜不易受损。结论:研制的新式智能监测内窥镜咬嘴能够有效减少胃镜咬伤事件,使患者在胃镜检查佩戴咬嘴时更为舒适安全。 Objective:To develop a new type of endoscope mouthpiece with intelligent monitoring to change the phenomenon that the wrapping of existing mouthpiece was not strong,and the comfortable sensation of mouthpiece was poor,and the gastroscope was easily damaged.Methods:To develop an endoscope mouthpiece with intelligent monitoring,which adopted the design of tooth-shaped structure(U-shaped structure),and the noumenon of mouthpiece was connected with the noumenon of mouthpiece so as to restrict the tongue-pressing part with the movement of tongue.The tongue-pressing part had the channel that connected with outside.The mouthpiece was set as a U-shaped structure so that the mouthpiece covered the entire tooth.Results:The effect of U-shaped structure of the endoscope has been verified by experiment.The value of pressure measurement was 0-250 KPa,and the measurement error was less than 1.2%.By driving sensor with constant voltage,the minimum value of power consumption of sensor module could reach 14.7μW,which reduced the thermal drift of sensor module and enhanced stability and reliability of the design.The mouthpiece covered the entire tooth,and its comfortable sensation was high,and the gastroscope was not easily damaged.Conclusion:The developed new mouthpiece with intelligent monitoring can effectively reduce the events that gastroscopes are damaged,and it makes more comfortable and safe for patients when they wear a mouthpiece in gastroscopy.
