辽宁省城乡各级医院超声诊疗设备配置现状调查

Investigation on current situation of the configuration of ultrasonic diagnosis and therapy equipment among urban and rural hospitals of different levels in Liaoning

目的:调查辽宁省各级医院超声诊疗设备的配置水平和分布特征,为提升国产超声诊疗设备配置提供参考。方法:依托"辽宁省创新医疗器械产品应用示范工程"项目,采用自制调查表对辽宁省城乡564家医院进行医院超声诊疗设备配置情况问卷调查,计算城乡各级医院超声诊疗设备院平均配置水平、品牌结构及价格变化。结果:辽宁省一级、二级和三级医院超声诊疗设备院均配置分别为1.2台/院、3.7台/院和7.9台/院,城市为3.2台/院,高于农村的1.7台/院;一级医院以普通B超为主(占68.1%),二级和三级医院以彩色多普勒超声为主,分别占72.2%和89.3%;普通B超和彩色多普勒超声的国产化率分别为52.2%和22.0%;进口品牌彩色多普勒超声价格为国产品牌的2.74倍。结论:辽宁省各级医院超声诊疗设备配置水平和配置结构变化显著,未来国产彩色多普勒超声设备在各级医院配置中具有较大的市场潜力。合理提升医院的彩色多普勒超声设备国产化率,是促进国产医疗器械发展应用的适宜举措。

Objective:To investigate the configuration level and distribution characteristics of ultrasonic diagnosis and therapy equipment of hospitals of different levels in Liaoning province so as to provide references for improving domestic equipments.Methods:Relying on"Liaoning project of application and demonstration of innovative medical device products",self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted on the configuration of ultrasonic diagnosis and therapy equipment in 564 urban and rural hospitals of Liaoning province.And the average configuration levels,brand structure and price change of ultrasonic diagnosis and therapy equipment of urban and rural hospitals of different levels were calculated.Results:The average configuration of ultrasonic diagnosis and therapy equipments in primary hospital,secondary hospital and tertiary hospital were 1.2 sets/hospital,3.7 sets/hospital and 7.9 sets/hospital,respectively.And there were 3.2 sets/hospital in urban region,and it was higher than that of rural region(1.7 sets/hospital).B-mode ultrasound was main equipments in primary hospitals(68.1%),and color Doppler ultrasound was main equipments in secondary hospitals(72.2%)and tertiary hospitals(89.3%).The domestic rates of B-ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound were 52.2%and 22.0%,respectively.The price of import brand was 2.74 times of that of domestic brand.Conclusion:The changes of level and structure of configuration of ultrasonic diagnosis and therapy of urban and rural hospital in Liaoning province was enormous,and domestically color Doppler ultrasound equipments have larger market potential in the configurations of hospital of different grades of future.The rational enhance of domestic rate of color Doppler ultrasound equipment of hospital is appropriate measure that could promote the development and application of domestic medical equipment.
