目的:构建手术室腔镜精细化管理模型,对设备使用效益进行精确分析,为腔镜精细化管理提供数据支持。方法:在腔镜主机后加装一体机,内置图像分析软件,利用图像采集分析技术,搜集腔镜主机、采集单元和镜头的实际使用时长,将手术室腔镜精细化管理模式与手术麻醉系统、消毒供应系统建立接口,实现数据互通,对设备使用时长进行全面采集。结果:手术室腔镜精细化管理系统可完成对腔镜设备使用情况的全面分析,发现管理漏洞,制定解决方案,为设备的论证、采购、使用、维修、质量控制及报废提供理论支持。结论:腔镜精细化管理模型的构建是未来手术室管理的发展趋势,能够在一定程度上提高管理效率,为腔镜精细化管理提供数据支持。

Objective:To construct a delicacy management model of endoscope in operating room,and to accurately analyze the utilization benefit of equipment so as to provide data support for delicacy management of endoscope.Methods:A all-in-one machine which installed image analysis software was installed behind main machine of endoscope.And images collection analysis technique was applied to collect actual durations of main machine of endoscope,acquisition unit and lens.A connector among delicacy management model of endoscope in operating room,anesthesia system of surgery and supply system of disinfection was established to achieve intercommunication of data.And the durations of equipment were collected overall.Results:The delicacy management system of endoscope in operating room could completed a overall analysis for service condition of endoscope equipment,and find loopholes in management,and formulate solution.And it could provide theoretical support for demonstration,procurement,use,maintenance,quality control and scrap of equipment.Conclusion:The construction of delicacy management model of endoscope is a development tendency of management in operating room.And it can increase management efficiency in a certain degree,and provide data support for delicacy management of endoscope.
