基于三重四极杆串联线性离子阱质谱仪结构分析的故障解决方案 被引量:1

摘要 质谱分析仪的工作原理是将样品通过进样系统进入离子源,由于结构性质不同而电离为各种不同质荷比(m/z)的分子离子和碎片离子,而后带有样品信息的离子被加速进入质量分析器,不同的离子在质量分析器中被分离,并根据带电粒子在电场中能够偏转的原理,按质荷比大小依次抵达检测器,经记录即得到按不同质荷比排列的离子质量谱,即按离子质荷比的大小依次排列形成的图谱。串联质谱仪具有快速、灵敏、特异以及化学计量的独到之处,可对化合物的结构定性、对混合物的成分定量。
