转型发展视域下应用型本科院校的实然与应然

On the Status Quo and Improvement of Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges from the Perspective of Transformation and Development

应用型本科院校的"应然"方向是其发展定位的必然要求,而当前具体情况显示本科高校的"实然"却与应用型目标相背而行,在对于人才的培养中出现了一系列的问题。本文分析探讨了转型发展过程中大部分应用型本科院校仍然定位不准确、目标模糊不清的问题,从而针对其"实然"提出合理化的意见与建议,为本科院校应用型方向的转型发展提供借鉴。

The improvement direction of application-oriented undergraduate colleges is an inevitable requirement for their development orientation, but the current specific situation shows that the status quo of undergraduate colleges is contrary to their application-oriented goals, and a series of problems exist in their talent cultivation.This paper analyzes the problems in the transformation and development of most application-oriented undergraduate colleges, such as inaccurate orientation and ambiguous goals. In view the problems, the writer puts forward reasonable opinions and suggestions,in order to provide reference for the application-oriented development of undergraduate colleges.
