基于工科生背景的研究生党支部建设思路——以电子工程系研究生第五党支部为例

The Construction Idea of Graduate Student Party Branches Based on the Background of Engineering Students:Taking the Fifth Student Party Branch of the Department of Electronic Engineering of UESTC as an Example

研究生教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,其旨在培养高水平、高层次的拔尖人才,而对于拔尖人才的培养中,思想政治教育占主导地位。研究生党支部是高校思想政治工作的主要阵地,应在各项工作开展中起到领军带头、战斗堡垒的作用。新形势对高校思想政治工作提出了更高的要求,作为高校党建排头兵的研究生党支部,只有基于新形势,分析具体任务,探索工作方式,才能更好地完成立德树人、培育精英人才的目标。本文以电子科技大学信息与通信工程学院电子工程系研究生第五党支部为例,分析工科研究生党支部建设思路。

As a significant component of higher education, graduate education aims at cultivating top-notch talents with outstanding professional skills, as well as a high political and ideological level,and the latter is more important. Graduate student Party branches are the main front of the political and ideological education work in universities, so they should take a leading role in all specific work related. The new situation of strictly administrating the Party is more demanding for the political and ideological education work in higher education, and only if we analyze the new task and explore the new working method, can we meet the demand for educating and cultivating students. In this paper, we take the fifth student Party branch of the department of electronic engineering of UESTC as an example to analyze the construction idea of the student Party branch with engineering background.
