摘要
新工科教育建设背景下,提高训练质量并培养创新型、复合型、高素质人才已成为现代工程训练面临的重要课题。提出采用项目化教学思路,以航空航天、先进武器系统、汽车、模具等行业中的典型产品或零件设计、制造、生产中的各项复杂问题为项目训练课题,通过组建多元结构的教学团队,跟踪行业、产业最新发展,建设教产研相融的训练平台,创新"校企合作,协同育人"培养模式,以期达到培养学生自主学习、团队合作、有效沟通和交流、解决实际复杂工程问题等能力,最终获得学科交叉创新和创业能力。
Under the background of new subject education construction, improving training quality and cultivating innovative, compound and high-quality talents have become an important issue facing modern engineering training. This paper puts forward the idea of project-based teaching, which takes solving the complex problems in the design, manufacture and production of typical products or parts in aerospace, advanced weapon systems, automobiles,molds and other industries as the project training topic. Through the establishment of multi-structure teaching teams, tracking the latest development of industries, the training platform integrates teaching,production and research to innovate the training mode of "school-enterprise cooperative education". And ultimately students obtain the ability of interdisciplinary innovation and entrepreneurship.
