基于高职院校移动通信技术专业践行现代学徒制的实践分析

Analysis on the Practice of the Modern Apprenticeship System Based on the Major of Mobile Communication Technology in Higher Vocational Colleges

现代学徒制人才培养模式是将学校教育与传统学徒模式进行融合的基础上提出的重要人才培养模式和理念,将现代学徒制应用于高职院校人才培养工作中,能提高新型技术应用型人才培养效果,使所培养的人才适合区域经济建设发展需求。本文结合高职院校移动通信技术专业人才培养情况进行分析,针对现代学徒制的实践应用加以探索,提出了有效践行现代学徒制的合理化建议。

The modern apprenticeship training mode is an important talent training mode and concept put forward on the basis of the integration of school education and traditional apprenticeship mode.The application of the modern apprenticeship system to the talent training of higher vocational colleges can improve the training effect of high-tech application-oriented talents, and make the cultivated talents suitable for the development of regional economic construction. This paper analyzes the training situation of talents majoring in mobile communication technology in higher vocational colleges, explores the practical application of the modern apprenticeship system, and puts forward rational suggestions for effectively practicing the modern apprenticeship system.
