浅析人文素养在空乘专业课程中的建设

A Brief Analysis on the Construction of Humanistic Quality in the Courses for the Flight Attendance Major

民航事业在近几年的飞速发展,使中国稳步迈向全方位的民航强国,在我国高校中也不断开设空乘专业。人文素养教育是空中乘务专业人才培养的一项重要内容,注重技能培养的同时也注重德育工作,这样可使学生得到全方面的发展。因此在空乘专业课程教学过程中,重视培养学生人文素养将十分必要。本文通过进一步教学实践研究,总结了空乘专业课中的人文素养建设对策,希望有效研究能不断提高空乘专业教学水平,从而为学生日后发展奠定良好基础。

The rapid development of the civil aviation industry in recent years has enabled China to steadily move towards a full-scale civil aviation powerhouse, and more and more colleges and universities in China are opening the flight attendance major. Humanistic education is an important part of the training of talents in the flight attendance major. While focusing on skill training, we should also pay attention to moral education, in order to promote students’ development in all aspects. Therefore, in the teaching process of flight attendant courses, it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of students’ humanistic quality. Through further teaching practice and research, this paper summarizes the countermeasures of humanistic quality construction in flight attendant courses, hoping that effective research can continuously improve the teaching level of the flight attendance major, thus laying a good foundation for students’ future development.
