高等职业教育作为一种教育类型,承担着立德树人根本任务。国家职业教育改革对高等职业教育提出了新目标、新论断和新要求。高职院校立德树人的基本目标是培养高素质技术技能人才,鲜明主题是培养工匠精神,本质要求是立师德,主要实施路径是强化德技并修、构建协同育人机制、实施课程思政。
