图书馆是一个公共空间、文化中心,也是当地人的精神家园,需要人们用爱心保护和利用它。首先,将相关资料收藏在图书馆,让它弥漫浓浓的乡土味。挖掘地方史实,弘扬乡土文化,将地方文献建设与乡土文化阅读相结合,创造新时期的地域文化。其次,适时举办图书馆非物质文化遗产保护成果展,让其增强与乡土文化的契合度,成为倡导、宣传和保护文化遗产的中坚力量。再次,积极向政府部门宣传,争取地方政府财政支持,并将宣传推广工作深入到社区的潜在用户和企业中,发展支持者,包括物资资金支持及志愿者的人力支持,激活本土沉睡的社会资源。

The library is a public space, a cultural center, and a spiritual home for the local people. People need to protect and use it with love. First of all, the relevant information is collected in the library, so that it is filled with a strong local flavor. We should exploit local historical facts, promote local culture, combine local document construction with local culture reading, and create regional culture in the new era. Secondly, we should timely organize the exhibition of the results of protecting intangible cultural heritage by the library, so that its connection with local culture can be enhanced, making it the backbone of advocating, propagating and protecting cultural heritage. Thirdly, we should actively strive for local government financial support, deepen the promotion work to potential users and enterprises in the community, and develop supporters,including material and fund support and volunteer support, so as to activate local sleeping social resources.
