全面贯彻党的十八大以及第十八届党代会和三中、四中和五中全会精神,我们需要采取政府指导与市场驱动相结合的道路,完善金融服务的基础设施,改进金融服务的重点领域,创建一个对普惠金融发展体制机制有利的健全的金融体系,进而有助于经济利益的发展。本文以三农领域、普惠金融推广存在的问题为基础进行研究,探讨了推进普惠金融的具体措施,提出了解决问题的具体建议。
