摘要
钠离子交换树脂再生过程中,将产生大量高浓度含盐废水,即高含盐水.对高含盐废水采用化学沉淀法进行除硬处理,处理后用回用于配盐用水.针对钙离子为4212mg/L,镁离子为842mg/L,矿化度为124347mg/L的水样进行除硬处理.结果表明:碳酸钠最佳浓度为11800mg/L,氢氧化钠最佳加药浓度为2000mg/L,最佳反应时间均为5min,最佳反应温度为60℃.处理后水样pH为10,钙离子浓度降低至9.6mg/L,镁离子浓度降低至6.2mg/L,去除率达到99%以上.该方法减少了污水排放量,并且减少了资源浪费,同时具有经济和环保效益.
During the regeneration of the sodium ion exchange resin,a large amount of high- concentration salty wastewater,that is high brine,will be produced.The high brine is subjected to a hardening treatment by a chemical precipitation method,and is used for water distribution with a salt.The water sample was 4212mg/L for calcium ions,842mg/L for magnesium ions,and 124737mg/L for salinity.The results showed that the optimum concentration of sodium carbonate was 11800mg/L,the optimum concentration of sodium hydroxide was 2000mg/L,the optimum reaction time was 5min,and the optimal reaction temperature was 60°C.After treatment,the pH of the water sample was 10,the calcium ion concentration was lowered to 9.6 mg/L,and the magnesium ion concentration was lowered to 6.2mg/L,the removal rate is over 99%.This method reduces the amount of sewage discharged and reduces waste of resources, while at the same time having economic and environmental benefits.
