提高再生水处理中石灰利用率

摘要 十里泉电厂再生水系统因石灰调整的滞后性、设备不稳定性和人为因素等原因,造成石灰过度浪费,系统出水水质不达标.本文通过设备运行方式调整和运行参数优化,每月节约石灰15吨,提高了再生水处理石灰利用率,同时保证再生水出水水质达标,取得了较好的经济效益,保障了再生水处理系统安全稳定运行. In the reclaimed water system of Shiliquan Power Plant,lime was wasted excessively and the effluent water quality of the system did not meet the standards due to the lag of lime adjustment,equipment instability and human factors.In this paper,through the adjustment of equipment operation mode and optimization of operation parameters,15 tons of lime are saved every month,thus improving the utilization rate of lime in reclaimed water treatment.At the same time,the effluent quality of reclaimed water is ensured to reach the standard,achieving better economic benefits and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the reclaimed water treatment system.
