摘要
随着城市小区不断的建设和完善,地下管线种类繁多,分布复杂,特别是老旧小区不同时期建设的管网构成更为复杂,图件资料匮乏,维护非常困难,其中给水管线的问题尤为突出.本研究首先分析了城市老旧小区给水管线特点及其对探测的影响,结合不同探测技术对不同材质管线探测方法的优缺点,提出了多方法综合探测的合理方案.最后以某小区的管线探测工程为例,介绍了管线探测内外业一体化作业流程,阐述了如何综合运用多种方法,包括声学探测法、电磁感应法、地质雷达法对给水管线进行综合探测和分析.该研究对于我国大量城市老旧小区管线的管理和维护具有重要意义.
The spatial distribution of pipelines is very complicated in cities, which includes many kinds of pipeline. Especially in old communities of cities in China, the pipelines were always constructed in different periods, the maintenance is very difficult due to lack of the distribution map, among which the problem of water supple line is the most pronounced. The study analyzed the characteristics of the water supply pipeline in the communities and the advantages and disadvantages of different detection techniques at first. Then the scheme of integrated interior work and filed work detection was designed. At last, we take one pipeline detection project in a residential area as an example, introduce the flowchart of water pipeline exploration in detail.We illustrate how to comprehensively detect various water pipelines by integrating acoustic detection, electromagnetic induction and ground penetrating radar detection technique. The research is very important for the maintenance of pipelines in urban areas in China.
