徜徉在时代与学科的光影之间——我和复旦传播学的若干回忆

Wandering between the Light and Shadow of the Times and the Discipline: Remembering Communication Studies at Fudan

传播学引入中国并迅速成长,既是顺应改革开放时代潮流的结果,也是积聚众多传播学人不懈努力的成就;在此过程中,复旦大学新闻系的先辈们付出了辛勤劳动,发挥了重要作用,虽然历经曲折,但包括作者在内的一批教师,坚守岗位,坚持理想,以实证化、国际化、理论化的取向,形成了自身的特色,在教学、科研、学科建设等方面,做出了开拓性、引领性的贡献;展望未来,中国传播学界需要以更宽广的胸怀、更高远的志向,繁荣学术、回报社会。

The introduction of communication into China's Mainland and its rapid growth is not only the result of the trend of the reform and opening up era, but also the result of the unremitting efforts of many communication scholars. In this process, the predecessors of the journalism department of Fudan university paid hard work and played an important role. Despite twists and turns, a group of teachers, including the author, stick to their position, adhere to the ideal. With the orientation of substantialization, internationalization and theorization, this subject has formed its own characteristics and made pioneering and leading contributions in teaching, scientific research and discipline construction. Looking forward to the future, China’s communication academia needs to be more broad-minded and ambitious to flourish academically and give back to the society.
