淮安市洪泽区跆拳道俱乐部发展现状及对策的研究

On the Current Situation and Countermeasure of Taekwondo Clubs in Hongze District of Huai’an City

针对淮安市洪泽区跆拳道俱乐部实际运营的情况,运用文献资料发、访谈法、问卷调查法以及数理统计法对该区的多家俱乐部进行研究。结果表明:洪泽区跆拳道俱乐部教练员整体水平较高.参与人群比较集中,有针对性的招生.收费比较合理.但洪泽区跆拳道俱乐部存在着学员年龄较为集中,经营者年龄偏小等问题。提出了加强软硬件设施建设、提高教练员薪资待遇、规范市场、制定合理收费标准等措施。

In view of the actual operation of Taekwondo clubs in Hongze district of Huai'an City,this paper uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to study many clubs in this area.The results show that the overall level of Taekwondo club coaches in Hongze district is relatively high.Participants are relatively concentrated,targeted enrollment and reasonable fees.However,there are some problems in Taekwondo clubs in Hongze district,such as the concentration of students'age and the younger managers'age.Some measures are put forward,such as strengthening the construction of hardware and software facilities,improving the salary and treatment of coaches,standardizing the market and formulating reasonable charging standards.
