小儿脑瘫的早期运动康复治疗研究

Study on Early Exercise Rehabilitation Treatment of Cerebral Palsy in Children

目的:探讨小儿脑瘫的早期运动康复治疗效果。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年1月本院收治的脑瘫患儿50例,随机分为对照组和研究组各25例。两组患儿均实施常规治疗,研究组在此基础上实施早期运动康复治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前、治疗后9个月的发育商状况、疾病整体治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后《小儿智能发育量表》中各能区评分均较对照组高(P<0.05),且总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,对脑瘫患儿实施早期运动康复治疗,能够进一步改善患儿脑部发育状况,获得更确切的疗效。

Objective : To investigate the effect of early exercise rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy. Methods : From January 2017 to January2018,50 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group(n=25) and study group(n=25). Both groups were treated with routine treatment. On this basis, the study group was treated with early exercise rehabilitation. The development quotient of the two groups before and 9 months after treatment was compared, and the overall therapeutic effect of the disease was compared. Results : In the study group, the scores of the five energy zones in the Infant Intelligence Development Scale were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: On the basis of conventional treatment, early exercise rehabilitation treatment for children with cerebral palsy can further improve the brain development of children and obtain more accurate results.
