肌电生物反馈改善偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 本文探讨肌电生物反馈治疗仪(EMGBF)是否对于脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能改善。肌电生物反馈一种自我管理身体功能进展的治疗方法,针对偏瘫恢复期的患者,它通过改变患者偏侧下肢肌肉生理活动而改善偏侧肌肉力量。同时下肢运动功能能力是偏瘫患者行走的必备条件。本文证明肌电生物反馈对于偏瘫患者下肢运动功能改善有一定程度,并可以在临床上大量推广,且可用于指导临床治疗。 This paper discusses whether the electromyoelectric biofeedback therapy device(EMGBF)can improve the function of lower limb movement in patients with stroke hemiplegia. Electromyoelectric Biofeedback A treatment of self-managing the progress of body function. For patients with hemiplegia during recovery, it improves lateral muscle strength by altering the physical activity of the side lower limb of the patient. At the same time, the function ability of lower limb movement is a necessary condition for patients with hemiplegia. This paper proves that the electromyoelectric biofeedback can be used to guide the clinical treatment in patients with hemiplegia.
