Effect of Predictive Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation and Quality of Life in Patients with Intestinal Obstruction

目的:探讨预见性护理对肠梗阻手术患者术后康复和生活质量的影响。方法:选择2017年2月~2019年2月50例肠梗阻手术患者并随机分为对照组(C组)和预见性护理组(P组)各25例,C组实施胃肠外科一般护理,P组则在C组基础上实施健康教育、心理干预、生活干预、康复干预等预见性护理,比较两组术后康复(排气时间、排便时间和术后住院时间)和生活质量(WHOQOL-100生活质量)。结果:P组排气时间、排便时间和术后住院时间均显著少于C组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组WHOQOL-100量表的生理功能、社交能力、心理能力、信仰/精神和环境状态评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,P组WHOQOL-100量表的生理功能、社交能力、心理能力、信仰/精神和环境状态评分均显著高于C组(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理可促进肠梗阻手术患者的术后康复,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of predictive nursing on the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with intestinal obstruction after operation. Methods:50 patients with intestinal obstruction, selected from February 2017 to February 2019, were randomly divided into control group(group C) and predictive nursing group(group P). Group C received general nursing in gastrointestinal surgery, while group P was given predictive nursing including health education, psychological intervention, life intervention and rehabilitation intervention on the basis of group C. The recovery time(postoperative exhaust time, postoperative defecation time and hospital stay) and quality of life(WHOQOL-100 quality of life) were compared in the two groups. Results:The postoperative exhaust time, postoperative defecation time and postoperative hospital stay in group P were significantly less than those in group C(P<0.05). Before nursing, there were no significant difference in scores of physiological function, social ability, psychological ability, belief/spiritual and environmental status between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the scores of physiological function, social ability, psychological ability, belief/spiritual and environmental status of WHOQOL-100 in group P were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.05). Conclusion:Predictive nursing could promote the postoperative rehabilitation and improve their quality of life in patients with intestinal obstruction.
