审核评估背景下高等中医药院校教学质量保障体系建设探讨

Construction of teaching quality guarantee system in TCM universities and colleges under the background of audit and evaluation

教育部2013年启动了本科教学工作审核评估,目的在于深入推进高校的内涵式发展,引导高校重视内部质量保障体系的建设。以审核评估为契机,通过分析高等中医药院校内部教学质量保障体系存在的问题,提出构建中医药院校内部教学质量保障体系的5个系统,由教学质量决策系统、办学定位系统、教学质量过程管理系统、教学质量监控与运行系统、教学质量反馈及改进系统组成,建立完善学校内部教学质量保障体系,从而形成学校的质量文化。

Since 2013,the Ministry of Education has launched a new round of audit evaluation on teaching work.The purpose is to further promote the connotative development of colleges and universities,and guide the construction of internal quality guarantee system.Taking the opportunity of the audit evaluation,the present problems existing in internal teaching quality assurance system of TCM colleges and universities are analyzed,and 5 systems of for constructing the internal teaching quality assurance system are put forward.These systems are teaching quality decision-making system,school-running positioning system,teaching quality process management system,teaching quality monitoring and operation system,and teaching quality feedback and improvement system.The purpose is to establish and improve the internal teaching quality assurance system and form the quality culture in colleges and universities.
