中医博士专业学位研究生教育调研分析

Investigation and survey on TCM doctorial candidates

以18所中医博士专业学位授权点单位和全国48所不同省市的用人单位为调查对象,通过问卷调查的形式,从授权点单位的中医博士专业领域分布情况、招生方式与条件、招生、毕业及学位授予数量、培养环节以及用人单位的需求等方面进行了较为全面的调查研究。结果显示:除少数民族专业外,各授权单位在专业领域分布方面基本均衡。招生方式除了统考以外,各授权点单位多有不同,而招生条件则大多相似。就招生、毕业及学位授予数量而言,前三位分别是广州中医药大学、北京中医药大学和天津中医药大学。通过用人单位对中医专业博士的需求反馈,我们得知医疗机构对专业博士的总体满意度较高,达82.5%。对其综合评价是综合素质较强、专业基础知识扎实,但临床实践技能和科研创新能力较弱。通过此次调研,我们既得知了中医博士专业学位在各授权单位的情况,也了解了用人单位的需求,这为后续制定中医博士专业学位研究生培养方案提供了实践基础。

To take 18 TCM doctoral degree programs and 48 employing units in different Chinese provinces and cities as objects,a general survey was conducted from aspects of specialty distribution,enrolling methods and conditions,quantity of enrolling,graduating and degree awarding and training links of TCM doctoral degree programs,and demands of employing units.The results showed that the specialty distribution of various degree programs was basically balanced except of minority specialties.The enrolling methods were different among different degree programs except of unified examination,and enrolling conditions were similar.Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were top three in the quantity of enrolling,graduating and degree awarding.Based on the feedback from employing units,the degree of satisfaction to TCM doctoral candidates was higher,reaching 82.5%.The comprehensive evaluation included higher overall quality and solid professional knowledge,but weaker clinical practical skills and lower research and innovative abilities.The conditions of TCM doctoral degree programs are learned,and demands of employing units are understood through this survey,which will provide practical basis for formulate training plans for TCM doctoral candidates.
