论医古文教学对医学生职业认同的培养 被引量:5

Teaching of TCM classical literature course and cultivation of career identity

摘要 医学生作为未来的医务工作者,其职业认同的培养应贯穿于各科学习中。医古文作为高等中医药院校的基础课程,很多篇目都关涉到历代名医的生平事迹、从医经验、医德风范等,使得这门课程在培养学生的职业认同感方面具有独特的优势。在教学中,应对这些资源善加利用,引导学生师法古人,使古代名医发挥其典范效应,从而在职业认知、职业价值、职业效能、职业伦理等多方面培养学生的职业认同。 The cultivation of career identity should be run through the learning of various subjects in medical students who will be future medical workers.As a basic course in TCM colleges and universities,many tables of contents of TCM classical literature course involve life stories,clinical experiences and medical ethics of famous doctors of all previous dynasties,so this course has special advantage in the cultivation of career identity.These sources should be used in the teaching of this course,and students should be guided to learn ancient doctors.The cultivation of career identity will be carried out from the aspects of career cognitive,professional value,professional efficacy and professional ethics.
