燃煤发电企业循环经济发展评价标准研究

Research on the Evaluation Standard for Circular Economy in Coal-fired Power Enterprises

通过对我国燃煤发电企业循环经济发展现状的分析,得出燃煤发电企业循环经济发展评价标准指标体系的构建思路和基本原则;分析几类评价指标体系的构成得出燃煤发电企业评价标准中指标体系的指标类别;并分析燃煤发电企业基础数据得出评价标准中指标基准值,通过指标加权计算得出循环经济指数的计算方法,按基础数据的分析得出循环经济评价等级,并通过燃煤发电企业的验证得出评价标准中指标体系的可操作性。

Based on the analysis of the circular economy development of coal-fired power generation enterprises in China,the paper puts forward the construction ideas and basic principles of the standard index system for circular economy evaluation of coal-fired power generation enterprises.It analyzes the index category of the index system in the evaluation standards of coal-fired power generation enterprises,based on the composition of several kinds of evaluation index system,also analyzes the basic data of coal-fired power generation enterprises to obtain the benchmark values of the indicators in the evaluation standards,calculates the calculation method of the circular economy index through the weighted calculation of indicators,obtaining the evaluation level of the circular economy based on the analysis of the basic data,as well as the operability of the index system through the verification of coalfired power generation enterprises.
