数字经济环境下科技型企业技术标准中技术方案管理模型之初探

Preliminary Research on the Management Model of Technology Scheme in the Technical Standard for Sci-Tech Enterprises in the Era of Digital Economy

数字经济时代,数字化的知识和信息已成为关键性生产要素,并催化信息技术对整个社会生态进行史无前例的重塑。在此环境下,现代科学技术更是以令人惊叹的速度更新换代,在生产、贸易中的作用日益凸显。但是现阶段我国科技型企业标准化管理模式观念落后、体系不健全、管理机制不完善等问题突出,技术以及技术标准的优势缺乏科学有效的管理来实现。本文尝试从企业的角度,探讨在数字经济环境下,在日新月异的技术变革中,如何利用标准化手段,建立技术方案管理模型,从而协助科技型企业在大量可行的技术方案中选择最优的方案,形成用于生产、贸易的技术标准,更好地保证企业自身的效益和发展。

In the era of digital economy,digital knowledge and information have become key production factors,and catalyzed the unprecedented reshaping of the entire social ecology by information technology.In this circumstance,modern science and technology is updated at an amazing speed,and its role in production and trade is increasingly prominent.However,at present,the concept of standardized management mode of China’s Sci-Tech Enterprises is outdated,with incomplete system and management mechanism.It lacks of scientific and effective management to realize the advantages of technology and technical standards.This paper explores how to use the standardized means to establish a technology scheme management model in the digital economic situation with the ever-changing technological transformation,thus assisting Sci-Tech Enterprises to select the optimal technology scheme among a large number of feasible technical solutions.Therefore,technical standards for production and trade can be developed to better ensure the efficiency and development of enterprise itself.
