标准的生命在于实施,标准实施绩效评价活动是评估标准实施有效性的重要技术手段。本文以嘉兴《民间信仰活动管理规范》地方标准实施绩效评价工作为例,对标准评价方法系统分析,并构建评价方法模型,为标准实施绩效评价活动提供有效参考。

The life of standard lies in its implementation,and the performance evaluation of standard implementation is an important technical measure to evaluate the effectiveness of standard implementation.This paper takes the implementation performance evaluation of local standard Management norms of folk religion activity places in Jiaxing as an example,systematically analyzes the standard evaluation method,builds the performance evaluation method model of standard implementation and provides an effective reference for the performance evaluation of standard implementation.
