基于LabVIEW和串口通讯的位移传感器数据采集系统

Study on the Data Acquisition System of Displacement Sensors Based on LabVIEW and Serial Communication

本文介绍了位移传感器输出信号采集方法。采用LabVIEW软件在PC机上编制专用数据采集程序,实现了数字多用表RS232接口与计算机的串口通讯,传感器电信号数据采集,数据存储等功能,利用LabVIEW软件报表功能将输出电信号值存入EXCEL表格,在EXCEL表格中,进行数据结果的分析计算及测量不确定度分析。解决了过去手工输入电信号值效率低、易出错的问题。经验证,该系统界面简单大方,具有良好的可靠性和兼容性。

This paper introduces the acquisition method of displacement sensors’output signals,and uses LabVIEW to write a special DAQ(data acquisition)app on PC to achieve serial communication of digital multimeter’s RS232 serial port with computer,DAQ of displacement sensors’output signals,data reservation,etc.It uses LabVIEW’s reporting form function to make collected data reserved in EXCEL,and calculates the result and analyzes the uncertainty of measurement in the EXCEL,which has solved the problem of low efficiency and error-prone situation when inputting the signal value by hand.Now it has been verified that the software’s interface with simple and decent interface has good reliability and compatibility.
