卫勤“时效”概念探究

Proper interpretation of time-effect concept in health service

时效的基本内涵是时间与效果之间的关系。2001年,中国军队的卫生勤务学者开始使用时效概念,重点研究在重伤员救治过程中的救治时间与救治效果之间的关系,并据此指导救治阶梯的设置、救治力量的组织、救治技术的遴选。研究发现,在卫勤保障活动中,时效现象经常出现、时效规律普遍存在,应当将“时效”概念凝练成为一个独立的、有明确内涵的卫勤专业术语,并使之成为现代卫勤核心理念之一。

The basic connotation of time effect is the relationship between time and effect.Since 2001,concepts related to time effect have been used by researchers of military medical service in China,mostly in studies on the time effect rela tionships of battlefield rescue and the efficacy of rescue in the process of dealing with the severely wounded.As a result,these concepts have been applied to the layout of the echelons of rescue,organization of rescuers and the selection of res cue technologies.Studies have led to the finding that there are many cases in which time effect relationship is involved dur ing military medical supports and services.There is also much evidence for the regularity of time effect.There is currently the need to compress concepts regarding time effect into an independent and specific term for medical service and to make time effect one of the core concepts in modern military health service.
