电磁辐射对阿尔茨海默病影响的研究进展 被引量:2

Advances in electromagnetic radiation therapy for Alzheimer’s disease

摘要 电磁辐射(electromagnetic radiation)广泛存在于人类的生产生活中,对人体产生的影响是多方面的,其对人体造成有益或有害影响未形成统一的定论。近年来,多项研究发现,电磁辐射具有改善神经系统退行性疾病的作用,如阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer′s disease,AD),且不同频率(包括极低频、低频、高频及射频)的电磁辐射在改善动物模型的组织结构及认知行为表现方面发挥某种作用。该文综述了电磁辐射对AD的认知行为、淀粉样蛋白沉积、神经炎症及氧化应激的影响,为探索电磁辐射在AD非侵入性治疗中的有效作用方式和机制及相关实验设计提供参考。 Electromagnetic radiation is widely distributed in human production and life,and its impact on the human body is multifaceted.However,there is no consensus on its beneficial or harmful effects on the human body.In recent years,several studies have found that electromagnetic radiation can improve neurodegenerative diseases,such as Alzheimer′s Disease(AD),and electromagnetic waves of different frequencies(including extremely low frequency,low frequency,high frequency)play a role in improving the pathology and cognitive behavior of AD animal models.This paper reviews the effects of electromagnetic radiation on cognitive behavior,amyloid deposition,brain mitochondrial function,neuroinflam mation,oxidative stress,neuron and gene expression in AD,and describes the most promising role of electromagnetic radi ation in the treatment of AD in order provide to reference for exploring the effective mode and mechanism of electromagnetic radiation in non invasive treatment of AD and related experimental design.
