贞芪扶正颗粒联合吉西他滨对肺癌合并肺结核患者趋化因子MCP-1水平的影响

Effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng granule combined with gemcitabine on chemotaxis MCP-1 level in patients with lung cancer complicated with tuberculosis

目的探讨贞芪扶正颗粒联合吉西他滨对肺癌合并肺结核患者单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平的影响。方法选取2015年6月至2017年9月间上海复旦大学附属中山医院青浦分院收治的128例肺癌合并肺结核患者,采用随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组,每组64例。对照组患者采用肺结核药物(利福平、异烟肼、乙胺丁醇及吡嗪酰胺)、吉西他滨+顺铂化疗方案治疗,联合组患者在对照组基础上口服贞芪扶正颗粒,比较两组患者治疗前后细胞免疫功能和MCP-1水平。结果治疗后,两组患者Th1/Th2和Th17/Terg均升高,且联合组水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者MCP-1水平均升高,且联合组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论贞芪扶正颗粒联合吉西他滨治疗肺癌合并肺结核,能提升患者免疫功能,抑制肿瘤转移,有效缓解症状。

Objective To study the effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng granules combined with gemcitabine on the level of chemokine MCP-1 in patients with lung cancer complicated with tuberculosis.Methods A total of 128 patients with lung cancer complicated with tuberculosis treated at Qingpu Branch,Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Fudan University from June 2015 to September 2017 were enrolled.The patients were divided into a combination group and a control group with 64 patietns in each group.The control group received antituberculosis drugs(rifampicin,isoniazid,ethambutol and pyrazinamide)and chemotherapy regimen with gemcitabine plus cisplatin.The combination group was given oral Fufuzheng granules on the basis of what the control group received.The cellular immune function and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)were observed before and after treatment.Results Th1/Th2 and Th17/Terg increased in both groups after the treatment with the combination group higher than the control group(all P<0.05).The chemokine MCP-1 increased in both groups after treatment with the combination group significantly higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenqi Fuzheng granule combined with gemcitabine in the treatment of lung cancer complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis can improve the immune function,inhibit the metastasis of tumors,and effectively alleviate synptoms.
