摘要
目的探讨情景式健康教育配合回授法对神经胶质瘤术后肢体运动障碍患者的康复训练效果。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月间延安市人民医院收治的76例神经胶质瘤术后肢体运动障碍患者,根据入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组患者采用回授法进行康复训练,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用情景式健康教育康复训练,于术后1个月评价两组患者的肢体运动康复情况。结果术后1个月,观察组患者四肢肌力情况得分均优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者术后第1d的Brathal得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1个月,观察组患者的Brathal得分为(82.84±12.73)分,高于对照组的(77.09±8.34)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景式健康教育配合回授法应用于神经胶质瘤术后肢体运动障碍患者的康复训练效果良好,通过引导患者自主运动,加快运动功能恢复,值得临床运用。
Objective To explore the efficacy of situational health education combined with feedback on rehabilitation training in patients with limb dyskinesia after glioma surgery.Methods A total of 76 patients with limb dyskinesia after glioma surgery admitted to Yan'an People's Hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research subjects.According to the sequence of admission,they were divided into an observation group and a control group with 38 patients in each group.Patients in observation group were given situational health education rehabilitation training besides feedback methods.Patients in control group were given rehabilitative training by feedback method.Rehabilitation of limb movement was evaluated in the two groups.Results The results showed that the scores of limb muscle strength were were better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the Brathal score between the two groups at 1 d after the operation(P>0.05).However,at 1 month after the surgery,Brathal score was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Situational health education combined with feedback method has good efficacy for rehabilitation training including guiding patients to exercise independently and speeding up their recovery of function of motion in patients with limb dyskinesia after glioma surgery.It is worth clinical application.
