术后72h内护理干预影响脑功能区胶质瘤患者术后失语的观察

Efficacy of nursing intervention within 72 hours after operation for aphasia in patients with glioma in functional area of brain

目的探讨术后72h内护理干预对脑功能区胶质瘤患者术后失语的有效性。方法选取2017年1月至2019年2月间陕西省咸阳市中心医院收治的79例脑功能区胶质瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为干预组和对照组,干预组39例,对照组40例。干预组患者采用术后超早期护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理流程。干预1个月后,采用简便波士顿诊断性失语检查法评估两组患者语言康复效果,采用汉语失语症检查表(ABC法)评估失语。结果干预1个月后,干预组患者4级百分比和3级百分比均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预组患者满意度高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者干预后1周、1个月、3个月和6个月的失语评分均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论脑功能区胶质瘤术后失语患者采用超早期护理干预,可促进语言功能康复,提高患者满意度。

Objective Efficacy of nursing intervention within 72 hours after operation for aphasia in patients with glioma in functional area of brain.Methods A total of 79 patients with gliomas in brain functional areas admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected and were divided into an intervention group(39 patients)and a control group(40 patients)by computer random method.The intervention group was given early nursing intervention after the operation,and the control group was given routine nursing procedure.At 1 month after the intervention,the efficacy of speech and language rehabilitation was evaluated by simple Boston diagnostic aphasia test,and aphasia was assessed by Chinese aphasia checklist(ABC method).Results At 1 month after the intervention,the percentage of grade 3 and grade 4 was higher in the intervention group than in the control group(a ll P<0.05).The rate of satisfaction with intervention group was higher in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the aphasia scores were higher in the intervention group than in the control group at 1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention can promote the rehabilitation of language function and improve patients'satisfaction in patients with glioma in functional area of brain.
