综合性护理措施对胃癌患者临床疗效和负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing measures on the efficacy of chemotherapy,negative emotion and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer

目的探讨综合性护理措施对胃癌患者化疗效果、负性情绪与生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月间商洛市中心医院收治的行化疗治疗的84例胃癌患者,采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组42例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,研究组患者在此基础上采用综合性护理措施,比较两组患者近期疗效及治疗前后负性情绪与生活质量的变化。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为66.7%,高于对照组的47.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后,研究组患者焦虑与抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。化疗后,研究组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理措施在胃癌化疗患者治疗中可以有效保证化疗效果,纠正负性情绪,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on efficacy of chemotherapy,negative emotion and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 84 patients with gastric cancer who received chemotherapy at Shangluo Central Hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a study group and a control group by random number table method,namely with 42 patients each.The research group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing and the control group was only given routine nursing.The short-term efficacy,negative emotions and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The overall efficacy rate was 66.7%in the study group,which was higher than 47.6%of the control group(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,the scores of anxiety and depression were lower in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05)The score of quality of life were higher in the the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing have significant application effect in patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.It can effectively guarantee the efficacy of chemotherapy,correct negative emotions and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
