摘要
克劳斯硫回收工艺中尾气焚烧炉的运行参数变化直接影响烟气组成成分,控制尾气焚烧炉各项运行参数,对烟气吸收、达标排放将起到决定性的作用。本文通过对尾气焚烧炉关键运行参数(温度、压力、流量)优化,使焚烧炉出口尾气各项指标达到最优(硫化氢≤5.0×10^-6,羰基硫≤10.0×10^-6),确保烟气达到超低排放标准。
The change of operating parameters of tail gas incinerator in Claus sulfur recovery process directly affects the composition of tail gas,and controlling various operating parameters of tail gas incinerator plays a decisive role in the absorption of tail gas and standard discharge.By optimizing the key operating parameters(temperature,pressure,flow)of tail gas incinerator,the indexes of tail gas at the outlet of the incinerator are optimized(hydrogen sulfide≤5.0×10^-6,carbonyl sulfur≤10.0×10^-6)to ensure that the tail gas reaches the ultra-low emission standard.
