摘要
双加压法稀硝酸生产工艺硝酸尾气温度高,除氧器冷凝水温度低。在不影响硝酸“四合一”机组安全、稳定运行的前提下,通过对设备和流程进行升级改造,用硝酸尾气加热入除氧器的冷凝水,以提高冷凝水温度,回收硝酸尾气热量。投运后,装置无需外供蒸汽即可达到热力除氧的目的,节能和经济效益明显。
The temperature of double-pressurized dilute nitric acid production process tail gas is high and the temperature of the deaerator condensate is low.Under the premise of not affecting safe and stable operation of the“four-in-one”unit of nitric acid,the equipment and process are upgraded and modified.By heating the condensed water with tail gas to increase the temperature of the condensed water and recover heat from tail gas of nitric acid.After being put into operation,the unit can achieve the purpose of thermal deaeration without external steam supply,and the energy saving and economic benefits are obvious.
